Our experience goes beyond the drawing board, deep into manufacturing itself. We've spent years working alongside production partners, including extensive time spent inside Chinese factories. That gives us a real understanding of what happens once the drawings are finished. 

Before we design anything, we make sure we're solving the right problem. Sometimes what looks like the issue is just a symptom. The real cause lies underneath it. So we question the challenge and dig into the problem presented.

We study your ambitions, your market, your competitors and your users. What problems do users have with existing products? What opportunities and limitations present themselves in a rapidly evolving world?

We now get creative and explore different directions. This is where products get their identity and where the true value is created.

We visualise the most promising directions until the right one comes to light. So you can see exactly where we're headed before we move on to the next stage. We go from multiple ideas and various concepts into one final design proposal.

Once the engineering is final, and materials and production processes are defined, the CAD data and specifications are transferred to the selected manufacturer.

As this marks a transfer of responsibility, we prefer a face-to-face handover. By explaining the reasoning behind key decisions, we protect the design intent and minimise the risk of delays during production preparation and safety certification.
